Templates and documents you send me
If you send me a completed template, a log or another document, I use it to give you feedback. Please do not include names or details about any person you serve, or other sensitive information.
With your permission, I may also use what you send, with all identifying details removed, to improve my free materials and training examples. I do not put what you send into AI tools unless you tell me I may. I keep it only as long as I need it for these purposes, and I delete it when you ask. To ask, email allen@thejacksonallen.com.
Cookies, analytics and email updates
Our website host may set cookies and collect aggregate usage statistics to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you subscribe to email updates, we use your email address only to send them, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Our booking calendar is provided by Google and opens on a Google page, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Links to other sites are outside our control and have their own policies.
